Abstract:
To provide a comment distribution system and method, a terminal device, and a program, capable of sharing the same moving image among users, and performing communication by utilizing comments.SOLUTION: Provided is a comment distribution system in which a plurality of terminal devices are connected to a moving image distribution server and a comment distribution server via a network. The terminal devices each receive comment information from the comment distribution server, display a reproduced moving image, read out, from the comment information, a comment among the comment information associated with commenting time related thereto corresponding to moving image reproducing time of a reproduced moving image, and display the read-out comment together with the moving image. The terminal devices each also reproduce the moving image from the moving image reproducing time corresponding to a comment selected from a list of comments, and display a comment corresponding to the moving image reproducing time out of the comment received and stored during reproduction of a moving image and a comment received and stored before the comment received and stored during the reproduction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
