Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit for slid-state image pickup elements that can adjust an input signal value by associating the value with characteristics for each solid-state image pickup element. SOLUTION: An input terminal, where a voltage Va is inputted, an output terminal for outputting an output voltage Vb to the solid-state image pickup element, a source/drain or a pair of nonvolatile memory elements, and a plurality of nonvolatile memory devices which include each terminal of accumulation gates are included, and an output voltage adjustment circuit for adjusting the output voltage Vb are included. The output voltage adjustment circuit adjusts the output voltage Vb, by making the storage state of the nonvolatile memory devices change, according to the characteristics of the solid-state image pickup device.
