Abstract:

To provide an electromagnetic field characteristic evaluation system for evaluating electromagnetic field characteristics such as the photoelectric field characteristics of a material system including an electric conductor by calculating an electromagnetic field in a system including an electric conductor based on Maxwell solution.

In this electromagnetic characteristic evaluation system, at the time of solving Maxwell equations by using a time region difference calculus, two coefficients in a formula expressing the influence of the change of a magnetic field on an electric field are substituted with coefficients derived in a normal method by a formula expressing relaxing. In the arithmetic processing of a calculation formula derived from the Maxwell equations by the time region difference calculus, when there is substances such as metal whose electric conductivity is not zero, or there is substances whose real part of complex dielectric constant is negative, the arithmetic processing is carried out by inputting information related with a substance parameter and arrangement so that data for evaluating electromagnetic characteristics such as photoelectric fields in a material system can be obtained.
