To solve such problems that large-sized demolition debris such as construction waste lumber, natural wood, general waste materials, felled roots, etc., are reclaimed at a landfill site, incinerated, crushed to chips or dumped illegally, however, the crushed chips must be left standing for a long term to be composted, often leading to illegal dumping.

This charcoal production kiln is so constituted that raw wood stock such as construction waste lumber, natural wood, general waste materials and felled roots are carried and piled by heavy equipment in the kiln main body, ignited and a group of air-regulating ports provided at the kiln main body is operated by opening/closing it while observing the combustion condition of the raw wood stock to obtain charcoal and wood vinegar.
