To provide a garment capable of storing evacuation tools and materials necessary in case of an emergent disaster and therefore making it possible that a person escapes by easily putting it on.

This garment comprises a half coat which is made by sewing pockets on sleeves, the front body, the back body, etc., and integratedly attaching a shoulder bag to the back body by an attaching and detaching means. Further, the half coat is made by sewing the pockets on the sleeves, the front body, the back body, etc., and integrately attaching a liner half coat to the inside of the half coat by an attaching and detaching means, wherein the pockets sewn on the sleeves are arranged so that each of openings of the pockets leans toward the front body.
