Abstract:
To provide a cable in which cable identification information can be entirely written in an RFID element 23 readily in a short time even if the volume of the cable identification information is enormous.
The cable comprises an RFID string 15 of a large number of RFID elements 23 arranged, at an appropriate interval, along the longitudinal direction of a core and capable of reading/writing the cable identification information for discriminating its own cable from other cables by transmitting electromagnetic energy, and a transmission coaxial code 29 for writing the cable identification information collectively in all RFID elements 23.
