Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve charge/discharge cycle characteristic and storage characteristic of a battery under a high temperature and a low temperature by containing polybutadiene with cis-1,4 structure content of a prescribed range. SOLUTION: Polybutadiene included in a binder has a cis-1,4 structure content in a molecule at the lower limit 5% and the upper limit 50% in the mol standard. In using the polybutadiene as the finder, at may be used singularly and, ppolymer generally used as a binder can be used jointly. The binder composition is dispersions of the polybutadiene and the polybutadiene content rate in the composition is generally set to 0.2-80 wt.%. The dispersions are preferably substances with the boiling point not less than 80 deg.C and not more than 350 deg.C under the normal pressure, and practically, organic liquid such as hydrocarbon, ketone, ester, amine, amide, sulfoxide, and sulfone can be used besides water.
