Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leak and phase interruption discriminating measuring instrument easily portable and capable of checking easily the breaking caused of a leak breaker by a single measuring apparatus. SOLUTION: This leak and phase interruption discriminating measuring instrument 3 has a case 11 for storing therein a divided-type zero-phase current transformer 4 for detecting a leak in a main circuit and outputting a signal, a leak detection circuit 5 for detecting the leak by the output signal of the zero-phase current transformer 4, a phase interruption detection circuit 7 for monitoring the voltage of leas wires 6, 6, 6 connected to both electrode poles and a neutral pole of the main circuit, a display circuit 9 for displaying on a display device 8 by output signals from the phase interruption detection circuit 7 and the leak detection circuit 5, and a power source circuit 10 for supplying each circuit with power source.
