Abstract:
Apparatus for producing a turbine blade comprises an outer mold (30) and several cores (34, 35) for forming the outer walls (17, 18) and a hollow chambers (24, 25). Each core has a section which extends from the outer wall to the middle bar of the blade without being part of the construction of the outer wall. Independent claims are also included for: (a) a process for the production of a turbine blade; and (b) the turbine blade formed. Preferred Features: The cores for supporting on the outer mold is provided with protrusions (39). The protrusions conically taper from the cores. The cores are fixed on one or both ends in a recess of the outer mold in the longitudinal direction of the blade.
