The dynamic pressure bearing is constructed such that organic pollutants deposited on each surface of the dynamic pressure bearing member 13 are successfully cleaned by irradiating plasma on an appropriate section of the dynamic pressure bearing member 13 to maintain the cleanness of the surface of the inner wall comprising the capillary tube seal section RS so that the adhesion of an oil-repellent film to a sealing outer surface RS1 comprising the cleaned plasma-treated surface is enhanced, and furthermore that an adhesive is extremely successfully filled into a joint surface 13b of the dynamic pressure bearing member comprising the cleaned plasma-treated surface.
