To provide a liquid fuel cell, generating power for a long period even if it is small, while permitting assured supplying and discharging of liquid fuel, without leakage of liquid.
The liquid fuel cell comprises a body part 24 equipped with a liquid fuel storage part 5, and a supply tank 3a. The body part 24 and the supply tank 3a are removably formed. Liquid fuel 4 is supplied to the liquid fuel storage part 5 of the body part 24 from the supply tank 3a. An opening part 17 of the body part 24 and an opening part 16a of the supply tank 3a each has a valve 12a, 12b, and a stopper 14a, 14b. The valve 12b of the body part 24 and the valve 12a of the supply tank 3a are opened by abutting and pressing each other. The opening pressure at the valve 12b in the side from which the liquid fuel 4 flows into is set lower than the opening pressure at the valve 12a from which the liquid fuel 4 flows out.
