To provide a thermal contraction cylindrical label improved so that a user does not feel hot even when it is heated by attaching it to a container, even when it is held by hand from the outside of a label and it can also sense temperature of filled object.
The thermal contraction cylindrical label which is cylindrically formed by piling up both ends of a label base material 5 formed by laminating a heat insulation layer 8 on a thermal contraction film layer 6 and performing center sealing, outside fitted and attached to a trunk part of the container, an area 10 without having a heat insulation layer is provided from an upper rim to a lower rim of the cylindrical label 3 to the cylindrical label 3 and whose length L in a peripheral direction of the area 10 without having the heat insulation layer is 10 to 50% of peripheral length of the cylindrical label is considered as a solution.
