Abstract:
To measure fluorescence or scattered light from a sample with high accuracy by aligning a sample flow with high accuracy with respect to the center position of a flow cell.
A bimorph piezoelectric element is distorted by impressing a voltage on the piezoelectric element, thereby distorting an internal flow tube with the piezoelectric element stuck thereon together with the piezoelectric element. The position of an opening end of the flow tube is displaced to adjust the position of the sample liquid flow with respect to the flow cell.
