To provide a heat exchanger for a motorcycle capable of ensuring good appearance without providing a decorating cover.

In the motorcycle 10, the heat exchanger 86 composed of tank portions 88L, 88R storing fluid on right and left both sides, and a core portion 96 provided between the tank portions 88L, 88R and cooling the fluid is disposed behind a front wheel 32. The heat exchanger 86 is an oil cooler 61, and the oil cooler 61 is disposed in a front lower side of an engine 35. The tank portions 88L, 88R on right and left both sides are equipped under a crank case 51 of the engine 35. These tank portions 88L, 88R are extended to a rear side, and a surface where outer plates 97L, 97R of the tank portions 88L, 88R smoothly continues to a vehicle body structure component 99 is structured.
