To enable forming various illumination stands of a single lamp type and a multiple lamp type for instance corresponding to a work environment at a site, by combination of a plurality of kinds of components.

A pipe material 10 used as a column part and a leg part is formed. This pipe material has a square cylindrical shape in which two sets of side walls face each other, and has a locking groove 15 communicating with the outside and locking a nut plate 19 on at least one set of the side walls. This knockdown stand device is equipped with a stand base 1 having a plurality of leg supporting pieces 3 radially and protrusively provided to connect and fix the pipe material 10 used as the leg part, and a column fixing plate 20 to raise and fix the pipe material 10 as the column part on the stand base. An almost hat-shaped first stand cap 30 to conceal the column fixing plate 20 by fitting it into the pipe material 10, and a second stand cap 40 fixed on the leg supporting piece 3 by locking it to the lower end part of the first stand cap 30 are provided.
