Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air intake system abnormality determination device of an internal combustion engine capable of determining an abnormality of an air intake system including an abnormality of a blow-by gas passage at high accuracy by a relatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: The air intake system abnormality determination device of an internal combustion engine is provided with a calculation means 5 for calculating a total intake air amount air QTOTAL fed to the internal combustion engine; a calculation means 5 for calculating a by-pass intake air amount QBP by passed and fed via a throttle valve 3 based on a valve-opening controlled variable ICMD of an idle control valve 17; a calculation means 5 for calculating a leak air amount parameter QL of the air intake system 11 corresponding to a comparison result of the total intake air amount QTOTAL and the intake air amount QBP; auxiliary machineries disconnection means 5, 36 for disconnecting an auxiliary machinery 37 and the internal combustion engine 1; and an abnormality determination means 5 for determining that the intake system 11 is abnormal when an opening of the throttle valve THA is smaller than a predetermined opening THAL and the leak air amount parameter is larger than a determination threshold value QTH.
