To provide a forming method of ceramic nanoparticles by a template method and their sintered compact.
The constituent of a formed body with nanoparticles is a complex coated with ceramic nanoparticles where the surfaces of organic substrate particles are coated with the ceramic nanoparticles. A dispersion of the ceramic nanoparticles as a raw material is prepared and the nanoparticles are introduced into an aqueous solution containing their organic substrate particles having a submicron diameter and their coating reaction is performed by the difference of surface electric charge and then the complex coated with the ceramic nanoparticles is made. The formed body with the ceramic nanoparticles is made by the wet forming of the complex coated with the ceramic nanoparticles. The obtained formed body with the ceramic nanoparticles, a porous ceramic consisting of its baked body, their producing methods and its application product are provided.
