A memory 7 stores a menu table in which identification information of a plurality of applications, time information such as the day of week and time zone for specifying a time frame corresponding to the used time of each application, and frequency information showing the use frequency of each application are mutually related. When a specified application is used, a control part 8 updates the list order of a registered application table on the basis of the frequency information of application related to the used time (the day of week/time zone). When a menu is displayed, the control part 8 forms a menu in which applications are arranged in descending order of use frequency in a time frame corresponding to the present time, and a display part 9 displays the formed menu.
