To further increase traveling safety of a train with regard to a train safety operation system applied to a double track, a quadruple track, and other track sections.
When a train 3A traveling on a track 4A monitors the safety of a track 4B and detects an obstacle 6 on the track 4B, unusual information on the obstacle 6 is transmitted to a command center 2. Then the command center 2 identifies the train 3B, which next passes the dangerous section of the track 4B where the obstacle 6 exists, as a dangerous train from the unusual information, and transmits an alarm to the train 3B. Because of this, since lead time is given to arrange for avoiding an accident, the traveling safety of the train 3B is increased. Even when the tracks 4A, 4B are curved, the traveling safety of the train 3B can be secured without providing a complicated control mechanism.
