Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which is capable of obtaining satisfactory display by preventing a driving signal line and a driving signal line from being short-circuited while suppressing the increase of processes by the forming of them on different layers. SOLUTION: This device is a display device in which display pixels 110 which are respectively provided with an EL element 60 having a light emitting layer between a cathode 67 and a anode 61, a TFT for switching 30 supplying a driving signal to the element 60 and a TFT for driving an EL element supplying a current to the EL element 60 are arranged in a matrix shape and which is provided with driving signal lines 52a, 52b supplying a driving signal to the TFT for switching 30 and driving power source lines 53a, 53b supplying a current corresponding to the driving signal to the EL element 60 and the driving signal lines 52a, 52b are arranged by being made to be away from the driving power source lines 53a, 53b in this device.
