To provide a fault diagnostic system capable of improving accuracy of fault diagnosis of a circuit of a PWBA or the like loaded in equipment such as an image forming device.
This fault diagnostic system has: a fault diagnostic part performing wire connection of fault cause of the image forming device and input information having a causal relationship with the fault cause, and performing inference processing based on a fault diagnostic model stochastically extracting an abnormality candidate; a log acquisition part acquiring a log produced by describing state information of the image forming device and produced; and a log analysis part analyzing the log acquired by the log acquisition part, and producing analysis-completed data. The fault diagnostic part performs the inference processing of the analysis-completed data in the log analysis part as the input information of the fault diagnostic model allocated with a value of fault probability.
