Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental load reducing system for effectively reducing the environmental load in a vehicle operation management system, capable of correctly measuring the magnitude of the environmental load with the management of the operation, feeding back a result of the measurement to a vehicle and a driver, and calling upon each driver to acquire the proper driving technique for reducing the environmental load. SOLUTION: This environmental load reducing system is composed of an on-vehicle device 5 having an engine speed measuring part 14 for measuring an engine speed, a gas analyzer 15 for measuring the emission concentration of the environmental load substance at real time, an intake air temperature measuring part 13, a position measuring part 10 for measuring a present position of the vehicle 2, and a recording part 9 for recording the emission concentration C of the environmental load substance emitted from the vehicle 2, with at least the engine speed R, the temperature T and the position L as the operation management data D, and a management center 3 having an information processing device 4 for analyzing the operation management data D recorded in the recording part 9.
