By this manufacturing method, a resin composition in which the resin additive is blended is molten, and an extrusion-molded article is manufactured by an extruder being equipped with a condenser at the decompression vent section which is installed on the downstream side of a feeding section. In the manufacturing method, the resin additive whose boiling point is higher than 100°C from among resin additives which volatilize when the melting resin composition is molten is condensed by the condenser, and is circulated to an extruder cylinder from the lower side of the condenser, and is re-kneaded to the molten resin.
