Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for integrally molding an interior finish lining component for an automobile with a decorative member capable of simply fixing the member at the mold without investing a specific facility at the mold and not dropping the member mounted at a mold from the mold in the method for integrally molding a part of a resin with the decorative member. SOLUTION: The method for integrally molding the interior finish lining component for the automobile with the decorative member 20 comprises the steps of disposing the decorative member 20 in a mold opening in a lateral direction, pouring the resin and integrally molding a part of the resin with the decorative member 20. The method further comprises the steps of forming a protrusion 13 at a decorative member disposing position of the mold for disposing the member 20, forming a slit 21 at a position matched to a protrusion 13 when the member 20 is disposed in the mold, engaging the member 20 with the protrusion 13 via the slit 21, pouring the resin, and integrally molding the member 20 with the resin.
