Abstract:

To provide a CAD data quality assurance system and CAD data quality assurance method for assuring the quality of CAD data by detecting or protecting disguise or tampering of a quality report and the CAD data.

A CAD data authenticating person side is provided with: a hash value calculation means for calculating hash value from the CAD data created by a CAD means; and an enciphering means for enciphering the quality report created by a quality verifying means for checking the quality of the CAD data and the hash value to create an enciphered quality report. A CAD data user side is provided with: a decoding means for decoding the enciphered quality report and the enciphered hash value; and a hash value calculation means for calculating the hash value from the CAD data. By comparing the decoded hash value with hash value newly calculated by the CAD data user side, the identity of the CAD data is confirmed.
