Abstract:

To obtain a transparent image displaying device, its method and its program, which continuously and efficiently set a viewpoint position.

A secondary storage part arranged in a PC 12 previously stores three-dimensional image data which indicate a three-dimensional image. The planar image of the three-dimensional image is presented in the position detecting surface 16A of a tablet 16. The three-dimensional image is virtually composed at a position by dimension in a space on the position detecting surface, which correspond to the planar image presented on the position detecting surface 16A. In this state, the viewpoint position relative to the transparent image in the composed three-dimensional image is designated by a plate-like display device 18. The designated viewpoint position is detected by the tablet 16. The PC 12 converts the detected viewpoint position into the viewpoint position of a coordinate system in the three-dimensional image and generates transparent image data which indicate the transparent image of the three-dimensional image viewed from the viewpoint position, according to the viewpoint position and the three-dimensional image data.
