To provide an environment capable of quickly changing a routing table even without having technical knowledge by a simple discriminating device without depending upon an advanced technology acquiring person in accordance with the complication of a network device.
The network device includes the discriminating device for receiving an instruction from the outside to change a routing table by the instruction, thereby performing routing switching. A camera is also used in the discriminating device to detect a change in colors or an outer image, and the routing table is changed with the detection of the change as a turning point to perform routing switching. Moreover, a barcode reader is used as the discriminating device to change the routing table by barcode information, thereby performing routing switching.
