Abstract:
To provide a carrier for the treatment of wastewater constituted so as to easily mutually break up carriers which are easy to adhere to each other to become lumps by controlling static electricity at the time of processing of the carrier for the purpose of the improvement of workability and the shortening of a work time, and its manufacturing method.
Water or an aqueous solution containing a surfactant is bonded to a cutting blade and/or a plastic foam material at the time of processing of the carrier to suppress the generation of the static electricity caused by the friction of the plastic foam material.
