In the controller 3 of a railway static power conditioner 1 which compensates for voltage variation of feeders LM and LT of M-seat and T-seat, effective power command values output from a DC voltage constant control 24 are added, respectively, to effective power output command values assigned to single-phase inverters 31 and 32 of M-seat and T-seat, capacity limiters 16 and 17 of M-seat and T-seat limit the output command values of effective power and reactive power according to the capacity of an apparatus and a cooperation limiter 18 limits the output command values of effective power of M-seat and T-seat to cooperate.
