To prepare a commodity code by assembling the codes of only purchasable fresh produce, and to minimize the quantity of commodity codes to be used for distribution.
This system is provided with: a fresh produce standard commodity name code master M1 for storing the commodity names of fresh produce and the codes; a standard attribute code master M2 for storing the attribute names of the fresh produce and the codes; a due-in commodity master M3 for storing the due-in schedule information of the fresh produce; an input means 1 for inputting information; and a control means 2 for controlling the information. The control means 2 prepares commodity codes by combining the codes of the commodity name of the fresh produce and the codes of the attribute name from the fresh standard commodity name code master M1 and the standard attribute code master M2 on the basis of the due-in commodity information inputted from the input means 1, and stores it in a due-in commodity master M3.
