A sub sound extracting unit 230 generates extracted data ERD consisting of a characteristic component estimated to have correlation with a consonant component of a sound output from a main sound output unit 130M. Then a delay unit 240 generates delay sound data DAD having been signal-delayed so that a sub sound output unit 130S outputs a sound of a specified component in sound output timing determined by the position relation between the sound output position of the sub sound output unit 130S and a position of interest for sound volume feeling correction. Then a level adjusting unit 220S adjusts the sound volume data of the delay sound data DAD while taking a detection result DNL of a noise level detector 250 into consideration to generate sub output sound data SAD.
