To provide a signal processing method in which an aliasing noise due to no bit allocation can be reduced.
A quantized bit number detector 11 detects the number of quantized bits of a coefficient of the frequency band of a reversely quantized sound signal at the time of quantization. When the detected number of quantized bits of the coefficient is zero, a butterfly operation unit 31 performs butterfly operation as to the coefficient. The butterfly operation unit 31 generates an object frequency component to be used for band composition for canceling the aliasing noise through the butterfly operation as to a coefficient belonging to one frequency band when the number of quantized bits of the coefficient detected by the quantized bit number detector 11 is zero and the quantized bit number detector 11 detects the number of quantized bit of a coefficient at a loop-back position in another frequency band adjacent to the one frequency band that the coefficient belongs to being not zero.
