Disclosed is a heat exchanger the main body of which has a heat exchange element, an air supply channel, and an air exhaust channel, wherein the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger can be improved by providing an air exhaust-side motor which drives exhaust blades and an air supply-side motor which drives air supply blades within either the air supply channel or the air exhaust channel.
