To make a previously obtained angle shift amount correspond to an exchanged or modified motor at the time of exchanging and modifying the motor.

A motor controller controls an inverter 4 supplying power to an AC motor 1 integrated with a speed change gear. The angle shift amount is obtained as an error between a rotor angle of the AC motor 1 detected by a resolver 9 and an actual rotor angle, and stored in a mission controller 8 integrated with a speed change gear 2.
