Abstract:
Provided are an interconnection sheet (10), a solar cell with the interconnection sheet, and a solar cell module. In the interconnection sheet (10), a wire for p type (13) and a wire for n type (12) are disposed in a second direction (51) alternately one by one with a distance therebetween to configure an alternating array portion (20), and an outflow suppression portion (18) is provided outside the alternating array portion (20). Also provided are a solar cell with an interconnection sheet having a bonding layer (17) provided between a back electrode type solar cell (30) and the interconnection sheet (10), and the outflow suppression portion (18) provided outside the bonding layer (17), as well as a solar cell module using the solar cell with the interconnection sheet.
