Abstract:
An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove the necessity for a WV(Wide View) film essential for high viewing angle, thereby reducing costs. A couple of substrates(1,2) face each other. At least one of the substrates is transparent. A spacer(34) is formed between the couple of substrates, and includes a wall spacer unit(4) having a form for dividing an area in a pixel unit on a display area of the substrate. LC(5,6) having different properties of matter is charged in each area divided by the wall spacer. The LC has different optical properties.
