Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a fuel cell separator of good quality by injecting conductive resin in a cavity of a mold and solidifying it, capable of uniformly filling the resin in the whole part of the cavity.
The fuel cell separator is manufactured by the processes of filling the resin in the cavity while expanding cubic volume of the cavity (step 40), and pressing the conductive resin filled in the cavity while making the cubic volume of the cavity become same as that of the separator, at a prescribed timing of before or after filling the conductive resin in the cavity (step S42).
