To dynamically generate a file which is richer in expressing power according to a template file.

A language token $l_jobnum_msg$ is converted into "$f_getJobNum$ jobs are being processed." in Japanese when a language cookie is lang=2 (Japanese) and into "$f_getJobNum$ jobs are being processed." in English when the language cookie is lang=0 (English) (S30 to S34). The token is included in the character string having been converted, so a return to a step S30 is made. A function token $f_getJobNum$ is converted into a return value "10" (a value acquired from a database) of a function getJobNum (S30, S31, S36 to S38, and S34). Consequently, apparently one language token $l_jobnum_msg$ is converted into "10 jobs are being processed." in Japanese when lang=2, and into "10 jobs are being processed." in English when lang=0.
