Abstract:
To provide an optical fiber cable which can be wired by changing the diameter (thickness) thereof by opening and closing the optical fiber cable.
The optical fiber cable is formed by coating an optical fiber core or an optical fiber ribbon and a tension member. The optical fiber cable includes: one or more bent recesses 3 along the longitudinal direction of the optical fiber cable; and two or more facing indoor cables (side A) 5 and (side B) 6 which are provided on both sides of the bent recesses 3, and freely opened and closed using the bent recess 3 as a support point.
