To provide a laminate with a solid electrolyte layer and an active material layer both densified or crystallized by thermal processing having an active material/solid electrolyte interface which is active electrochemically, and to provide an all solid lithium secondary battery having low internal resistance and large capacity.
The laminate includes: the active material layer; and the solid electrolyte layer which is joined to the active material layer by sintering. The active material layer includes a first crystalline material which can emit and occlude lithium ions, and the solid electrolyte layer includes a second crystalline material which has lithium ion conductivity. When the laminate is analyzed by the X-ray diffractometry, any component is not detected except constituents of the active material layer and the solid electrolyte layer. The all solid lithium secondary battery includes a laminate and a negative electrode active material layer like these.
