Abstract:
To reduce interference fringes caused by a frequency difference between electrifying bias and developing bias independently of the electrifying bias and the developing bias.
In the electrophotographic image forming apparatus, a correction image is generated by a correction image generation means based on an interference wave on a photoreceptor detected by an interference wave detection means, thereby reducing the interference fringes appearing on a formed image caused by the interference wave.
