Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticketing system which has a plurality of support methods to enable an operator, who deals with a request for support at a call center when the same is received from a ticketing terminal device, to select the support methods.SOLUTION: In a ticketing system, a ticketing terminal device 10 of a station 1, a ticketing integrated control device 21 of a system center 2, and a reservation/ticketing operation terminal device 31 of a call center 3 are connected through a business data network N1. Also, the ticketing terminal device 10, a connection management server 22 of the system center 2, the reservation/ticketing operation terminal device 31 of the call center 3, and a user operated support terminal device 32 are connected through a voice/image data network N2. When a user of the ticketing terminal device 10 calls the call center 3, the ticketing system enables an operator to perform: an operational support to carry out a whole ticketing process for the user using the reservation/ticketing operation terminal device 31; a voice guidance; an operational instruction through a support display on a display/operation panel; or a remote operation of the ticketing terminal device 10.
