To provide a laminated film in which an adhesive property between a plastics base material and a layer composed of a cyclic polyolefin-based resin is improved, even when the layer is formed as a thin layer, and a method for manufacturing the same.

The laminated film comprises a first layer composed of a chlorine-containing resin and stacked on the plastics base material, and a second layer composed of the cyclic polyolefin-based resin and stacked on the first layer. The first layer and the second layer are respectively formed with coating. The first layer is optionally composed of at least a polymer manufactured by polymerization of a chlorine-containing monomer. The first layer is optionally composed of at least a vinylidene chloride based polymer. Thickness of the second layer is optionally around 0.1-20 μm. A ratio of thickness of the first layer to that of the second layer (the first layer)/(the second layer) is optionally around (1/0.5) to (1/10).
