Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endothermic woven fabric by which a wearer can feel endotherm, by subjecting a composition including an organic acid, olive oil, grape seed oil, a silicone softener and purified water to absorption into a woven fabric by a dip-dyeing or padding process, and drying the resultant.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method capable of producing an endothermic woven fabric that is coated with an endothermic composition harmless to human bodies and having an endothermic effect by reacting with water such as a body fluid. Especially, the endothermic composition is stably coated on a wide range of woven fabrics and absorbs heat by reacting with a very small amount of water in a body fluid without need for additional cooling means. Thus an effect can be expected that a functional woven fabric can be produced that enables an efficient body temperature maintenance, a reduction of energy for air conditioning, and is capable of maintaining a comfort even under an extremely hot circumstance.
