An information processing apparatus 1 includes: a communicating section 10 that receives data from a low-order wireless communication apparatus via a radio line, a number-of-operations measuring section 11 that measures the cumulative number of operations of the wireless communication apparatus on the basis of the reception state of the communicating section 10, a battery life calculating section 14 that compares the measured cumulative number of operations or cumulative operation time with the estimated cumulative number of operations or cumulative operation time determined from the expected battery life of the wireless communication apparatus, and an operator notification section 15 that, when the measured cumulative number of operations or cumulative operation time is larger than the estimated cumulative number of operations or cumulative operation time, notifies an operator that the cumulative number of operations or cumulative operation time of the wireless communication apparatus is larger than expected.
