To improve user work efficiency by determining a paper eject destination by setting such a print condition as to perform output to the same paper eject destination in build job settings.
The invention relates to an image forming apparatus wherein all document bundle required for printing of a job are read in while being divided into a plurality of document bundles and image data are printed out for each divided document bundle. The image forming apparatus includes a paper eject destination determination section 408 for executing paper ejection by holding a paper eject condition list indicating whether a paper eject destination is possible/impossible for a print function, and making such a determination as to eject the paper of the job to the "possible" paper eject destination on the paper eject condition list.
