To provide a photoelectric conversion circuit and a photoelectric conversion element which can exclude a bias dependence property of a photoelectric conversion element (photo diode).

A photoelectric conversion element PD and a diode element D are connected between a first control line L1 and a second control line L2 mutually in an inverse direction and in series. By biasing the diode element D in a forward direction, a predetermined voltage is provided between a cathode and an anode of the photoelectric conversion element PD. Thus, a predetermined voltage is provided to a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements PDs, so that a bias dependence property of the photoelectric conversion elements is excluded.
