To provide an image output device for automatically applying an operation to both first and second images, the operation being performed on either of the first or second image.

The image output device includes: an image storage section 11 in which the first image of a map and the second image of the map are stored; an image output section 15 which reads the first image and the second image, and which outputs each of them to different windows; an instruction receiving section 12 for receiving an operation instruction to either of the first or second image; and an image operation section 14 for performing the same operation corresponding to the operation instruction, on both first and second images. The image output section 15 outputs the first image and the second image which are operated by the image operation section 14, to different windows.
