PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of easily inputting characters of different character types, a control method of the electronic apparatus, and a program.SOLUTION: A character input control part switches the character type of a first relevant character A2 displayed in a display part based on a contact state (pressing force, depression time) to a center character detected by a contact state detection part, in the state that contact to a character of any character type displayed as an input candidate is detected by the contact state detection part and the first relevant character A2 having a first relation with the center character which is a character where the contact is detected is displayed in the display part.
