Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector that performs different mask processes for stored image data being projected and performs through a simple operation a switching process for a mask pattern used.SOLUTION: The projector comprises: a mask pattern storage part 211 for storing a plurality of mask patterns; an image storage part 213 for storing image data; and a mask setting storage part 212 for storing first mask setting to determine which one of the mask patterns is used for the stored data; The image data stored in the image storage part 213 is output to an image signal processing part 3 by a predetermined input operation. Also, an instruction to perform a mask process by using the first mask setting stored in the mask setting storage part 212 is given to the image signal processing part 3. Based on the instruction from a control part 20, the image signal processing part 3 performs the mask process and outputs image data.
